I would like Chen's to be consistent. Sometimes the food is very good and sometimes it's just so so.

On Christmas Eve, we had to wait 2 hours past the pickup time. When I got there, they said it was "almost ready". Yeah right. They accepted people's orders despite not being able to handle them...
