The bill goes up every month and the number of channels goes down. When I called to cancel it takes 3 hours on hold. It's strange that it didn't take 3 hours to turn on the service when I signed up.

Worst customer service possible. They will not let me cancel my account. They won't call back. Over $200/month and only local channels and reality tv.
