Too busy to deal with customers. Wasted 3 hours to find the batteries I eventually ordered because I was put on forever hold twice weren't even available. No one sent anything, called, emailed....

I have been to Batteries Plus 4-5 X's in the last 2 years. Each time the associate has been incredibly welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. Also each person has gone the extra mile.

They were so awsome, didnt mean to go swimming with my phone but I did and it stopped working, they looked at it and was really HONEST they fixed it fast and said it would be no charge. Where...

They brag about their warranty and don't tell you when you're buying it but that in order for them to honor the warranty, they have to take the battery and keep it overnight before they'll replace...
