We are Dave and Deb LeRiche, husband and wife (newlyweds actually) from New Braintree, a small farming town in Central Massachusetts. We fell in love with this creamy, delicious, and most importantly all natural ice cream at first taste! Batch is real ice cream, made with only fresh pure ingredients that you would use at home if you were making it and no weird stuff like stabilizers or gums ...ever! Batch Ice Cream was created in Boston by Susie Parish and Veronica Janssens. Their commitment to using fresh, local and Fair Trade ingredients resulted in an amazing ice cream! Batch soon became a regional favorite and an award-winning product. In May 2018 with much gratitude to Susie and Veronica, our journey with Batch began.
Specialties
We strive to bring happiness to people in the form of the purest ice cream. We use only the highest quality real ingredients in our amazing flavors. By real we mean vanilla beans, Kentucky bourbon, and our own handmade caramel rather than extracts or manufactured flavors. We also mean there is nothing in our ice cream with a crazy name like Xanthan gum or carrageenan or even corn syrup. Our pints can be found in major local grocery chains in Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island. Our food truck is available for booking for parties, markets, festivals and corporate events. We bring the fun!
