Billed as a balloon sales and delivery service, Balloon Boss has a fabulous selection and represents a far better resource than typical balloon options like grocery stores and craft shops. In addition to its stocked storefront, Balloon Boss delivers and sets up balloons from events ranging from birthday parties to graduation and matriculation ceremonies at nearby Tufts University. Normal hours are kept, but it is best to call ahead in case employees are out setting up for an event.
