One coach for the intro to sparring class is terrible. He matched my teenage year old son in sparring with a high school kid and a full grown man much bigger than him, and did nothing as my son...

Great boxing gym for personal fitness and self defense. Ladies, I would definitely recommend. I am a big fan of geography so I like all the flags hanging up in the gym.

Took a free trial class and Arturo kicked my ass. He will piss you off and make you want to go harder. Class was just as much high intensity conditioning as boxing but would definitely come back.
