Not enough staff and line is always long the postal office is faster and always have 3 ppl working at 3 booths. At UPS it's just ONE PERSON and there are chaos in how he processing the packages....

You know I don't expect much for customer service to do an Amazon package return, but this store does not even meet any expectations. The when I was next in line, the worker just gave me a death...

Always a ridiculous wait. Twice I waited 30 minutes or more & walked out. If you have Amazon returns don't go here. Go to Kohl's in Germantown there's never a wait there.
