The Garrett Building in Baltimore, Maryland, is a historic 13-story office building designed in 1913 by architects J.B. Noel Wyatt and William G. Nolting for the Garrett and Sons investment banking company. Combining the Commercial style with Renaissance Revival detailing, it served as a prominent financial institution offering a wide range of services in several cities.
Originally founded by Irish immigrant Robert Garrett in 1819, the building housed the Garrett and Sons firm until 1974 when it merged with Alex. Brown Sons. The property was later purchased by the Baltimore law firm Gordon Feinblatt in 1981, leading to a significant restoration project completed in 1984, making it the firm's headquarters ever since.
