Worker was rude and harassed me about using the restroom while I was picking up my order. Mind you I was a regular customer (was because I won't be back until they change their policy/rudeness).

Placed a mobile order for pickup. The order was ready upon arriving approximately 10 minutes later. There was zero acknowledgment from people behind the counter. The drink was very lukewarm even...
