No need for any stars. Called 1 hr before they close at location, California, MD for price on Cat flea and tick frontline plus. Kid put me on hold, and kept on ringing after asked until I hung up....

This is by far the best PetSmart in southern Maryland. The staff is wonderful from the top down. Prices are on point, but most importantly the service is incredible. Multiple people have assisted...

Absolutely garbage customer service. All of the cichlids and many other fish were covered in ick and still being sold. I have been to petsmart all over the US and this one by far is the worst
