Did not have the shoe I was seeking. But Kayla was great! Great customer service, attitude and energy! Store was orderly, neat. Only took off one star because the shoe I wanted was not in stock....

This Madewell store is located on Level 2 of Montgomery Mall in Bethesda, MD. I haven't been to Montgomery Mall in years so I was pleased to see all of the updates that have been made to the mall....
