The staff was nice and friendly, but the food was just bad. My sandwich tasted off and didn't seem fresh at all. Bread was soggy, and the overall quality wasn't what I expected from Jimmy John's....

Really is fresh and fast. Firehouse takes as long for one sandwich as JJs takes for a dozen.
