Started by two friends on September 2015. A sushi chef with over 15 years of experience and worked in many different Japanese restaurants but started at the original Little Tokyo on Causeway where she worked there for 11 years. Then there is the hibachi chef with over 25 years of experience. He's worked in many different restaurants mainly in Mississippi, Louisiana, and spent many years in Utah. Together they decided to open their own restaurant to give New Orleanians a different flavor of sushi from their combined experiences. From our sushi sauces, to the hibachi sauce, down to the salad dressing. We offer a very unique and different flavor compared to other Japanese restaurants in New Orleans. Just taste it and you will know the difference. We offer only the freshest fish and very high quality ingredients from the rice, to the sauces, soypaper, and to the last drop of vinegar.
