When we visit Lafayette, there are two "must stops"....... and Kirk's is one of them. You gotta try the Chicken Cracklin'! Their meat is fresh, so we make sure that we bring our cooler to stock up.

The service was a bit slow, but the cracklings were amazing along with the lava sauce. Was definitely worth the trip. The butcher shop had great products and it really was a great place to walk...
