Jennings High School offers academic classes in a variety of subjects, such as English, algebra, geometry, advanced math, biology, chemistry, physics, American and world history, civics, French, fine arts, and health and physical education. The school has a staff of more than 50 full-time certified teachers and an enrollment of over 900 students. It has various school organizations, including the Future Business Leaders of America, Fellowship of Christian Students, Future Farmers of America and Fellowship of Christian Athletes. The school organizes several cocurricular activities that include quiz bowl, Special Olympics, Red Ribbon Week, band festivals, dance competitions, and literary and speech rallies. Jennings High School serves students in grades 7 through 12 and is located in Jennings, La. The school is affiliated with Jefferson Davis Parish Public Schools.
