Dr. Kelly Paulk is from Lake Charles, Louisiana. He received his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. He received his medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans. Following, he completed his internship and residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Louisiana State University Health Science Center in New Orleans. He also completed his fellowship in Pain Medicine at Louisiana State University Health Science Center in New Orleans. Dr. Paulk is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in Pain Medicine and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He has been on staff and practicing medicine at Ochsner since August 2019. His expertise is in pain medicine, especially chronic pain involving the musculoskeletal system and spine.
