The smoked boudin is fantastic, with a very good smoked flavor. The casing is isn't brittle or crunchy. I would say it is close to 50/50 meat to rice ratio. In my opinion, the smoked boudin here...

Brisket, and pulled pork are very dry. Sauce is either burned or vinegary, there's no consistency there.

The smoked pork steak is awesome! I had it for lunch yesterday and actually went back for it today!! The ladies that work there are so friendly .. just a great BBQ pit stop;)

Brisket was very dry as was the pork ribs. The sauce was not very flavorful had a bit of funky taste to it as well. There is better BBQ out there.
