I work in the 26th and broadway area a whole bunch. And for the fast food establishments near there (Taco Bell, McDonald's and long johns) this Subway is by far the cleanest location. However...

Everything about this Subway reminded me of a Freddy Krueger movie! Everything was terrible! I felt like I could've gotten a STD before I walked in the door .. please burn this place to the ground

Great food and would get a higher score if staff would stop handling cell phones while working.
