The food is really good but it's expensive and sometimes they make it hard to honor specials.

After numerous orders being wrong (no 2nd patty on the double burger, chili tots instead of fries, no salsa for burritos, yadda yadda) and then having to drive all the way back to the restaurant...

I wish they were more consistent about quality. Most of the time the burgers and fries are fresh but sometimes they are delivered cold and soggy. I always have to ask for napkins because you are...
