Four Roses Distillery

In 2002, the Kirin Brewery Company purchased the Four Roses brand of bourbon trademark and named the new acquisition the Four Roses Distillery. The distillery has rekindled the popularity of Four Roses in key European and Japanese markets. Back in the United States after a lengthy absence, the company is quickly earning a reputation as one of the finest names in the bourbon world. The company s key product is Four Roses Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon, crafted by master distiller, Jim Rutledge, to provide a smooth taste followed by a fulfilling finish. It is aged in newly charred American white oak barrels. In order to better control critical temperature variations during the aging process, the distillery is one of the few to age its bourbon in single-story rack warehouses. Its other products include Yellow Label, Single Barrel 100 , Single Barrel 86 , Platinum and Black Label brands. Four Roses Distillery is located in Lawrenceburg, Ky.
