They wouldn't give me my birthday cookie even if I showed them my id so I wasn't able to try Crumbl cookie for the first time for my birthda.

I understand that it was quite busy because of the cookie selection this week, but it's absolutely ridiculous for the workers to be goofing off and socializing while there's 50 customers waiting...
