I do not have waste management service however on December 31 my son fell in the driveway and I could not get him picked up the waste management driver stopped and helped me get him on his feet...

Customer service is not good, had difficulty closing my account. Waited on hold and got cut off 3 times. Then they charged me $90 to come and pickup their containers. Buyer beware!

Horrible service and getting worse. They have no humans to explain why their pathetic website gives mixed messages about missed service. I'm not paying my latest bill and dare them to call and ask why
