History

Don Hector Restaurant originally started as a taco truck. We used to work the night shift on the weekends and had a really great reaction to our food so we decided to take it to the next level and open up our restaurant. We felt like a restaurant would give our customers a greater experience on top of the already amazing food we make.

Specialties

What makes our Mexican food so delicious is that it is completely authentic. Our most popular dish is the Menudo that we have on the weekends. We also have some amazing enchiladas and quesadillas.
