No personal touch and technology centric....yet pricing isn't inline with services...might as well use one of the national companies or online product...stay away from them!!!!!

I found KPN very difficult to work with and unresponsive to my concerns. Also, they are exorbitantly overpriced. I can not recommend them and will not be using them again.
