Service was terrible, cashier was disengaged, got order wrong because she wasn't listening and then refused to fix it when asked about it.

Horrible service at drive thru 1/15/16. The employees need lessons in customer service.

If Arby's thinks they can charge that much for their food they better consider more qualified employees to serve it. We only got home with sandwiches, no fries and the food we did get was...

Terrible ! The meat was hardened like it had been sitting out and I asked for sauce they didn't put it in the bag !
