The food was very good. The two lady's were really nice. I did enjoy how quiet the area was and that there weren't too many people.

Best pho in Des Moines metro area! Service is impeccable. They are what keeps the food court at Merle Hay Mall going. Fresh spring rolls are always on point.

I really like Hu Tieu here.. very good. I enjoyed the soup. They have "tóp mỡ" (fried pork fat skin). Khong thua Hu Tieu o Cali or Texas. Also, very fast service
