We were in drive thru over an hour and than told items were not available and got home and the substitution was never given on a meal box. Each cars order was taking 30-40 minutes to fill.

I would not recommend this particular Taco Bell. The service is extremely slow!!! No one was waiting ahead of me inside and just a few cars in the drive thru. You can easily wait 20-30 minutes...

The service that took our order from the drive through at like around 5:50 is rude, disrespectful, and racist, because my kids were just talking and laughing at each other because one of them...

This has to be the slowest and worse service I've ever seen. if you want to come thru the drive thru expect to be here for at least 45 minutes. just absolutely embarrassing
