Always clean with a friendly staff. Plenty of parking and seating with large windows that look out over Kimball Ave. It's never too busy, so it's a nice place to meet for lunch or to get dinner to go.

Very unexpected. Ordered a fresh melt and it was given to me with parts of the sandwich still cold. This is supposed to be a grilled sandwich.
