What is happening....I ordered a medium Charlie & when I got to the window was given a cold brew. Totally fine but when I asked for the inclusion to be added, they looked at me like I had 3 heads....

Just horrible. You will wait for hours here. I think they hire sloths. Waited in the drive through for literally 40 minutes for a single coffee.

they literally get my drink order wrong every single time, it's like they don't listen to what you say and make up any order. it's getting really annoying.

Waited at the counter for 3 minutes with no help and then a worker says "we aren't taking lobby orders" No sign on the window. Basically told me to leave
