The Comfort Suites has the largest rooms in the Cedar Valley and is conveniently located off U.S. Highway 20, just one mile from the University of Northern Iowa. The six-month renovation included a brand new everything, including a new lobby, breakfast area and meeting room, as well as all 81 guest suites. Our meeting room seats approximately 35 people and is great for baby showers, graduation parties, birthday parties, business meetings and all sorts of events. We are a pet-friendly location that also offers handicap-accessible suites for those in need.
