The Canteen Lunch In The Alley; Got started in 1927 Ottumwa, Iowa with 5 stool serving loose meat hamburger that are called Canteen. In 1936 Canteen move to a bigger building with 17 stools in the same alley. Where it still open today. Owner Scott and Janice Pierce
