West Central High School serves more than 300 students in grades nine through 12. It operates various departments, such as math, English, social studies, business, fine arts, science, and health and physical education. In addition, West Central High School operates arts, books, Spanish and euchre clubs. The school offers a range of extracurricular activities, such as a student council, band, Sunshine Society, yearbook, Melodyaires and the National Honor Society.
