Our service with WM is over (6/30) & our can has still not been picked up. Kind of want to find out when that might happen????

I agree with the other reviews written. they use any excuse not to pick up your trash. do not use wm, find an alternative. this is very disappointing.

They have the worst customer service. They use any excuse not to pick up the trash or, too hot too cold too much snow. My neighbor had best way. They always pick up. Guess it's time for a change....
