All of the subways around New Albany had to be taken over by new ownership because all of them are absolutely terrible now. Especially this one. Too many issues to even address, but the worst one...

We sent to the sub way on Charlestown new Albany food was awful service worse. Ran by Mexican who don't speak very good English never again.

One of the most unpleasant fast food experiences. Employee took wrong order, overcharged for the wrong order, and very rude and refused to admit his mistake. I will never visit this store again.
