They were obviously backed up or shortstaffed but the food was good in the restaurant was clean And a very good price.

Probably one of the best remaining steak n shakes in town. Food is always fresh and delicious, team is so welcoming and place is clean!

Fast, friendly service. Absolutely amazing milkshakes. This location does not seem like a busy one. Tables were clean: restrooms, not so much. A fine burger!

I don't understand why this restaurant is only 2 stars. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and the food was hot and fresh. The franchise owner was even there helping out....

Rude customer service. We are visiting from out of town. Ordered through the Steak 'n Shake website for delivery. When our order arrived not all of the food was there. Called and they were not...
