Food was great but my burger was undercooked. Not characteristic of a smash burger, should be completely well done with crispy edges, my burger patties were not well done and had no crispy edges

Had to enter our own orders but they ask for a tip. Then the food was cold like it's been sitting out all day. Tables are dirty No napkins anywhere
