Indy's Kitchen is a licensed full-service commissary kitchen situated at 25th St. and Central Ave. in Indianapolis, welcoming Members round the clock, seven days a week. Entrepreneurs with a passion for the culinary arts, be it bakers, caterers, or food truck visionaries, can bring their gastronomic dreams to fruition at our facility.
Our Members enjoy the flexibility of reserving our well-equipped kitchens using the Food Corridor scheduling platform. High-speed WIFI is readily available for Members to utilize. From food prep for other locations to hosting in our dining room or managing pickups and deliveries, our kitchens cater to a variety of culinary needs.
Indy's Kitchen is also a hub for Indy's mobile food units, offering facilities for food prep, storage, equipment maintenance, and waste management. With two complete kitchens boasting double convection ovens, gas ranges, and stainless steel prep areas, Members have access to essential tools to bring their culinary creations to life. Additionally, our inviting Dining Room is ideal for intimate events hosting up to 30 guests.
