Harrison Elementary School is a part of Warsaw Community Schools and educates more than 710 students in kindergarten through grade six. It offers a variety of academic courses, including language arts, social science, math, history and physical education. The school provides opportunities for students to participate in a variety of sports activities, such as basketball and cheerleading. Its extracurricular activities include field trips, e-club, science fairs and spelling bee competitions. Built in 1991, Harrison Elementary School has a spacious campus that features Hoosier Heritage School, a volleyball court, multiple playgrounds, and soccer and softball fields. It also conducts vision and scoliosis screenings for students. Harrison Elementary School is located on a 40-acre site in Warsaw, Ind.
