The staff is excellent. I have been booking single day stays for my dog to get him use to the facility. Preparing him for a longer stay. He loves being out and having a larger space to move around.

The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. They groomed my dog while she stayed with them and they did a fantastic job!

The staff at 5 Points are great! They are our groomer of choice for our Havanese pup Henry. They do a great job and Henry never shows any signs of stress.
