It serves the building elevators, lawn and garden equipment, mounted bearings, mechanical power transmission, automotive, recreational vehicle chassis, and tool and fixture manufacturing markets. The company manufactures elevator cab counterweight sheaves, brake mounting blocks, drive supports, shafts, flywheels, filter heads, oil pans, and thermostat housings and covers. It also provides manifolds, seal housings, connections, thrust collars, and plates and drive shaft component parts. Excel Manufacturing provides product and process engineering, supply management, assembly and testing services. The company also offers tool and fixture design, inventory distribution, and shipment and delivery services. Operational for more than 40 years, Excel Manufacturing has computer numerical control machining and turning capabilities. It has more than 60,000 square feet of manufacturing space.
