I went in to get a 4 pack of chocolate chip cookies. The counter, floors, windows, cookie display on the counter was absolutely disgusting and filthy. I called the district manager. Not much...

Worst Crumbl Cookie I've EVER been to. Employees are so rude, throwing cookies on the counter with boxes open, chocolate and frosting all over boxes!! This store needs to shut down!!! TERRIBLE...

There's not too many speciality cookie shops out SW FW so it's nice to have this as an option. The cookies are delicious and HUGE! They mix up the flavors quite often which is really nice....
