Walker Bros tabs itself the Original Pancake House. The restaurant s menu features apple pancakes, a large variety of omelets, crepes, French toast, Belgian waffles, eggs benedict, chicken Caesar salad, tuna salad sandwich, B.L.T. with smoked turkey, oatmeal, chicken teriyaki sandwich and chicken Dijon sandwich. It was recognized by USA Today as one of the Top Ten Pancake Restaurants in the Nation. Walker Bros has locations in Highland Park, Arlington Heights, Glenview, Lake Zurich, Lincolnshire and Wilmette, Ill. The Highland Park location employs approximately 70 people.
