Advance Mechanical Systems offers a line of mechanical contracting services, including heating, air conditioning, building automation, energy management, temperature control, power and process piping, plumbing, refrigeration and waste water treatment for building installations. Its specialized services include automated energy management systems, air and water balancing, energy retrofit, retrofitting of existing buildings with new mechanical systems, heat recovery systems, refrigeration plant modernization to meet EPA requirements, solar, ice and energy storage systems and cold storage plants. The service and maintenance division has factory-trained personnel who are on-call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
