I never received our son's photos from the school. I contacted Customer Service and they apologized and offered to mail them directly to us. Great Customer Service.

They have sent the wrong packages/backgrounds 3 years in a row now. I have to spend extra time talking to customer service to get the photos I paid for. Very frustrating.
