If I could give zero stars I would due to UPS incompetence.After 5 years living at our residence and numerous calls to customer support, UPS continues to be unable or unwilling to add our address...

They delivered my package to the wrong address and then told me it was my responsibility to get with the seller and figure it out. They took no responsibility for their mess up.
