Don't ship or drop off anything valuable at this store. I dropped off the package that had a UPS pre-paid shipping label and was given a drop-off package receipt. And that was the end of it....

We used this store as a luggage locker while we spent our last day in the city. Could not have asked for better service. The staff were super friendly and they got us checked in really quickly....
