All around unpleasant experience, customer service is the worst. No one responds or is willing to take ownership. Expensive and the second there is an issue (there will be) you're on your own.

Be aware - I wrote the review below in May. As you can see someone had commented on my review to email them so they can "make the situation right" but of course, they never responded to my email....
