Lowest rate Within 80 mile open 24 hours a day 7 days a week 45$ a day and that includes tax. Very clean rooms with flat screen TVs in all rooms great selection of channels Wi-Fi is available. Recently Under New Management and currently working on Landscaping in parking lot. New mattresses in all the rooms new linens. I personally guarantee it will be the best choice for a motel in this area for $45 everybody else wants way too much money. So everybody is invited to the Sunset Motel 24 hours a day for a clean comfortable room for only $45 a night. I will continue to keep my rights law so everybody can afford to stay at a motel for an actual reasonable price.

The place has an old smell to the room,the door doesn't have a working dead bolt. There is a lot of hair/ fur on the floor ( carpet), can't open windows for fresh air because screen is all torn up.
