Starbucks

Happen to see this store while I was looking out the window of Westin Hotel. Thank goodness I could this place, as the hotel location was robbing us with over priced drinks and that location...

Barista Amber was absolutely wonderful. She took my order with a smile and promptly. I did not have to wait long. She is always a delight when I come in to order. She does a fantastic job.

They won't even let you use the restroom. They say it's "private". And the staff was rude! Definitely will not come here again...

The only Starbucks that makes my Frappuccino correct and remakes it for me when other locations fail! The Baristas even have my two coffee orders memorized Forever the OG Starbucks of Wheeling!

I frequent this location in the morning on my way to work, and it generally is ok. Today, however, they managed to get a bottle cap in my drink. A cap that had probably been touched by who knows...
