The drink is awesome, the service is smooth and the flavors is where it's at, customers seems polite for the most just wish sometimes star ice could run more specials like they use to

They don't really seem to care at this location and it shows. Just power thru the orders. I tried to give this location a try but after today I won't be coming back. The lack of customer service...

Slowest Starbucks ever. Doesn't matter if you go inside or drive thru. Inside employees are standing around while they have a long drive thru line. No sense of urgency whatsoever.

if i could give this place 0 stars i would we waited 20 minutes for our drinks and they gave us them all wrong employees were just sitting around on there phone dont come here
